The Panther Blur Unisex Tee featues girl students from the ICONIC Black Panther Oakland Community School.
The Oakland Community School was a Black Panther-run liberation school. The school was based on liberation & empowerment principles with a curriculum that included both education in practical skills, consciousness raising and community building. 
The school also had a Youth Committee that allowed students to have a "horizontal relationship" with teachers. The YC operated an in-school youth store, hosted KIDS, a children's radio program; published a newsletter, and ran its own judicial system called the Justice Board.
